    The role

Most education websites are slow, ugly, and built in 2016. You're here to change that. As Frontend Engineer, you build the sites that make prospective students say 'wow' before they even read a word. You care about performance as much as polish — a beautiful site that loads in 4 seconds is a failure. You work in React, TypeScript, and GSAP, and you sweat every pixel, every transition, every millisecond.

You build sites that win awards and drive enrollment

Creative team that designs things worth building

Performance budget is respected — not an afterthought

    Modern stack, no legacy debt

    What you'll do

Build high-performance, conversion-focused websites for education clients

Implement complex animations and interactions with GSAP and Framer Motion

Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO

Build reusable component systems that scale across client projects

Stay ahead of the curve — new tools, techniques, and performance tricks

    What you bring

4+ years in frontend engineering, agency or product environment

Expert in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS variables)

Strong animation skills — GSAP, Framer Motion, CSS animations

You obsess over performance — Lighthouse scores matter to you

    Bonus points

Experience with education or enrollment-focused sites

Familiarity with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, etc.)

You've built sites that ranked #1 on Awwwards or similar
